Delivery:  The delivery time scale is up to 14 working days, however,most products should usually arrive within 2 - 3 working days. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight and size of the products ordered.

Product warranty:   All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Jam888 guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for some products purchased from jam888 online.  

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can return it in accordance with our 14-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money back (excluding the delivery charge).

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE OR APPLY TO CALENDARS, WHOLESALE ORDER AND MEMBERSHIP CARD PRUCHASES).

The warranty does not cover damages such as accidents caused by the consumer, inappropriate use or wear and tear.

Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value.

All damaged/returned product(s) should be returned with a copy of receipt to “Jam888, PO Box 271, Manchester, M22 2AE, England" and should be sent by certified mail and insured, as Jam888 cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft during transportation. 

The warranty is valid for a period of one year, from the date of purchase. Please keep the delivery receipt as it serves as a warranty for products purchased from the online shop.
